Anyone age 5 or older that wants to attend any event must register as a WCOAA MEMBER they will be Members of their National Team, with all rights and privileges. By becoming a Member of the World Congress of Amateur Athletes, any of its National Teams, or Sub-bodies, YOU HAVE ACKNOWLEDGED THAT YOU, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
I, as a member of any WCOAA National Teams, I will abide by the Codes of Conduct & Dress. Neither the WCOAA or I are affiliated, associated, connected, endorsed, nor sponsored by any Olympic Committee, be they National or International. The WCOAA and I, as a member, are, in no way, affiliated with any NGB, or Political Body. As a WCOAA member, I / we are governed by no other body than The World Congress of Amateur Athletes. Further, I will NOT represent myself, the WCOAA, or any of its SUB-BODIES, as anything other than the above.
I understand and agree that, a violation of any of the above will result in dismissal from the TEAM and revocation of my MEMBERSHIP, without refund. Further, I, for myself, Heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages, including, but not limited to, claims of Negligence that I might now, or in the future, have against WCOAA Events, Past, Present and Future. It's Principals and Representatives, including but, not limited to, Team Coaching and Medical Staff, or Members, Dr. Harold Mayle, Mr. Mathias Olinski, Pol-Globe Travel, The World Congress of Amateur Athletes, any and ALL WCOAA Sub-bodies, Member Teams, Team Members, Officials, Administrators, as well as, All Sponsors and Their Representatives from any and all Claims of Damage and or Actions, whatsoever in any manner, as a result of my participation in, or attending of said event. I am fully aware of all of the inherent risks involved. I am aware of the inherent risks, due to body contact, involved in participating in an event of this type. I know that my photo, name or likeness may be used without notice or compensation. I attest and verify that, I am physically and mentally fit and that I have been sufficiently trained to compete in this event. I consent to and am aware that the only medical treatment I may receive at any WCOAA EVENT will be of A FIRST-AID TYPE!
Further, I agree and understand that Pol-Globe Travel makes arrangements with airlines, transfer operators, hotels and other independent parties to provide all members with the travel services and other services purchased. Although Pol-Globe travel takes reasonable care in selecting the aforementioned suppliers, Pol-Globe travel is unable and does not have any control over them and therefore, can not and will not be responsible for any of their acts or omissions. Pol-Globe travel shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury, whether physical or mental, resulting from any delay, substitutions of equipment, or any act, including but not limited to, negligence or commission, or lack there of, by any party supplying any of the services and or accommodations noted herein. Pole-Globe Travel reserves the right to decline any passengers the right to travel as a part of any National Team, under WCOAA jurisdiction.
